Special Features
One of the three custom designed passenger elevators will whisk you to one of the six, spacious suites per level. The Suites are all two bedroom, three bathrooms; some have a den and some also have a family room. Suite features include 9 foot ceilings, natural gas fireplace, individual year round control of heating and cooling (heat pump), large balconies with natural gas hookup for a barbecue and in-suite security. The eight inch deep construction floor slabs means that there is little noise transfer, suite to suite. The spectacular lobby features a stately fireplace, beautiful granite floor, notable columns, outstanding detail in the ceiling moulding and splendid woodwork. An extensive library is tucked away in the corner of the lobby. There is also a 24 hour concierge desk.
