The Palace Condo has everything you could possibly imagine to ensure you have all your needs at home!

One of the three custom designed passenger elevators will whisk you to one of the six, spacious suites per level. The Suites are all two bedroom, three bathrooms; some have a den and some also have a family room. Suite features include 9 foot ceilings, natural gas fireplace, individual year round control of heating and cooling (heat pump), large balconies with natural gas hookup for a barbecue and in-suite security. The eight inch deep construction floor slabs means that there is little noise transfer, suite to suite.

The spectacular lobby features a stately fireplace, beautiful granite floor, notable columns, outstanding detail in the ceiling molding and splendid woodwork. An extensive library is tucked away in the corner of the lobby. There is also a 24 hour concierge desk. The underground garage is bright and well lit. All Visitors’ parking is underground and well marked. There is a carwash for residents use to provide convenient year round care.

The main floor amenity areas offer spaces to relax, workout and entertain. The very large gathering room, called The Terrace Room, is ideal for large family gatherings or the frequent Social Committee activities, complete with a catering kitchen. There is a large terrace area with patio tables & chairs. The Club is equipped with a Brunswick billiards table and there are also card tables. Two well appointed Guest Suites are available for overnight visitors. A beautiful indoor pool and hot tub overlook well maintained gardens and there is access to a sun deck with seasonal patio furniture. The change rooms boast Swedish cedar saunas, lockers and oversize showers. The well outfitted Fitness Room has mirrored walls and natural light providing an ideal space for ‘keeping in shape’.
